Register here to get access to our Facebook group where the VBS songs, preliminary items, mini-lessons, and activities will be posted leading up to Virtual VBS week!
Children age three through rising 6th graders are eligible to receive Treasure Chests (containing workbooks, memory verse items, and items needed to make crafts); middle schoolers and above are encouraged to participate with families at home and help with crafts and lesson discussion.
During the week of VBS, videos will be posted online and sent out via email each day. Then on Saturday or Sunday, August 1st or 2nd, get ready for a LIVE event CELEBRATION party! This will be a time to sing the VBS songs together, review what we have learned, and have fun! The location and nature of the end-of-the-week party will be announced at a later date (it’s part of the mystery!)
On July 26th, Pick up Treasure Chests from 5pm-7pm at Chattanooga First Seventh Day Adventist Church (7450 Standifer Gap Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). All participants must register by July 19th to be guaranteed a Treasure Chest (while supplies last). Treasure Chests are not required but will contain material to enhance the VBS experience, including all needed craft supplies.
July 27th-31st, emails with the day’s links will go out and can be viewed at any time that day. Optional Zoom groups will be held each evening and will be divided per family unit.
Once registered, you will be given the link to a Facebook group. In a separate email, you will also receive the link to your family’s Zoom group, in case you want to take part in this. Zoom Groups are not required, but will allow for interaction between leaders and students.
We hope to see you at Mystery Island VBS!
